Looks like Spring is finally here. This morning I saw blooms even on the shrubs in the walkway to my house. Welcome Spring. I also could see day light at 6:00 am.!!

World's First Konkani Email

Well I cheated. After trying out with unicode and sending a mail to my wife in Kannada, I could not move on to Konkani, my mother tongue. Not exactly, I could convert my thoughts into this voice mail with a low sampled mp3. How is that for World's first Konkani e-mail :-)

Problems with MiddleGen

I have been trying to get MiddleGen work. The middlegen is generating struts application for the sample tables that came with the middlegen sample application. However, I am still not able to find how to make this work for any table.

Ant debugger Eclipse 3.1 M4 may be buggy

I was very curious to test the much talked about ant debugger feature in eclipse 3.1 M4 release. It looks like this feature is buggy. At least I could not get it working. I use J2SE 5.0 and I had to upgrade to M5 release before the ant debugger started working. Upon enquiry I found this at eclipse site. Yes, skip M4 and kick tires on M5 instead if you want to save time
