Culinary Delight - Tilapia and Salsa


Tilapia and Salsa

For sea food lover this was ambrosia. I decided to try out the reciepe I watched on TV. It came out good. Instead of grilling I roasted the fish fillets on a frying pan at medium heat. I also prepared salsa with Indian tinge. I did not have cilantro instead put paprica!! It came out good.
Tilapia was good. I had never heard of this fish. Here is more information on the fish .
